Ensure accurate Payroll and coordinate with external partners abroad

You will be a part of the Compensation & Benefits team with three colleagues, who are responsible for job architecture, benchmarking, insurance, pension, payroll, and driving the transformation to a system anchored C&B through our HRIS.

The majority of Nature Energy’s employees are in Denmark, but more will join in the coming years as we continue to grow outside of Denmark. We are expecting a rise in employees in both France, the Netherlands, Canada, and the US.

To maintain an efficient Payroll Process in this expansion, our Payroll abroad is conducted through external Payroll Partners, and brokers and with great support from our local HR Business Partners. As Payroll Partner, you are responsible for coordinating with external partners abroad and establishing payroll in new markets in collaboration with the Head of Compensation & Benefits.

Your task will be to:

• Ensure employees are paid accurately and timely
• Ensure benefits such as insurance, pension, and car are handled correctly
• Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters
• Facilitate timely registrations
• Help implement and drive a new time & absence system

In Compensation and Benefits, we value flexibility, and you will be able to work from our offices in both Aarhus and Odense. You will become part of an environment characterized by a social and educational atmosphere. We strive to cooperate and help each other in every aspect of our responsibilities – therefore you sometimes act as cover for Internal Payroll in DK in connection with vacation and support on an ad hoc basis.

You will thrive in this role if

You have experience with coordinating payroll with external payroll partners and ideally within an international company. You thrive in a coordinating role and want to create good collaboration across the organization. In addition, you see this as an exciting opportunity to take Nature Energy's Payroll structure to new heights and make sure that the structure and processes are scalable in an international context.

As a person, you are motivated by creating structure and processes and take pride in delivering quality on time – so employees are paid accurately and timely. Furthermore, you will need to have strong IT skills in both Navision, Lessor and Excel. You will also need to be proficient in both oral and written English.
