Gain influence and become a sparring partner both locally and internationally

We are looking for a Financial Controller who can, among other things, participate in the finance department's tasks related to liquidity management and budgeting, as well as strategic projects and acquisitions.

As part of Finance, you will prepare annual reports, management reporting, transfer pricing, and international controlling. You will act as a sparring partner for the foreign local and group management and participate in ongoing performance reporting.

As a Financial Controller, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly reporting
  • Present and explain the development in the business area's performance.
  • Continuously update forecasts and supplement with relevant analyses.
• Transfer pricing
  • Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation for Danish and international companies.
• Insurances
  • Responsible for insurance and claims handling in collaboration with colleagues and broker
• Participate in the preparation of annual reports for the group
  • Preparation of accounts, specifications, and calculation of tax, as well as contributing to handling international tax matters.
  • Coordinate and participate in the audit process for international companies and group audits.
• Other tasks
  • Internal controls
  • Optimize and develop processes and workflows, including internal controls for Danish and international companies.
  • Ad hoc tasks

Your workplace will be at our head office in Odense, where you will be part of Finance. A high professional level and good social relations characterize the department. In addition, we have an open and informal culture, and the right person will have ample opportunity to influence decisions at all levels.

Experienced controller or accountant with great interpersonal skills

We imagine that you work as an accountant, controller, or similar. You have your financial toolbox in place and are passionate about working with financial analyses and annual reports that support decision-makers in the rest of the organization.

More specifically, you can come with a background like Cand.merc.aud. or HD-R. You also have relevant knowledge from a finance department or audit experience with an international production or project company. If you have good skills in using and developing business intelligence tools, it will also be advantageous.

We are looking for someone proactive with good relational qualities who manages to create supporting contact surfaces within the organization and understands the business well.

This position requires Danish language skills.
