Get a key role in the mechanical design of our biogas plants
As our new Project Engineer for Mechanical Engineering, you will be a part of delivering all mechanical deliveries to the Technical Project Manager. You will be a part of the mechanical design of our biogas plants both nationally and internationally as we are expanding into new markets.
Area of responsibilities and tasks:

Your workplace will be at our office in Aarhus, Odense or Støvring. As a new colleague in the Engineering department, you must go through an introductory course, where we expect you to be at the office in Støvring a few days a week.
Your job is primarily in the office, but you also enjoy going out on site and seeing the design in operation as well as remedying and advising on challenges. You may also be interested in traveling to our international sites during the construction phase for shorter periods.
Energy or process engineer with experience in the process industry
We imagine that you have an educational background as an energy, mechanical, process, or marine engineer but it can also be another technical education. It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar position in the process industry.
In addition, as a person you are curious about new technologies, so you ensure that the Mechanical Department is up to date within your selected technology areas. Furthermore, you take responsibility for developing standardized solutions that can be reused at several plants.
You are characterized by having an ambitious and professional approach to your tasks. You are approachable to colleagues and good at achieving your tasks. You manage to engage in committed and systematic teamwork. You believe that collaboration internally and cross-organizationally is the way to the best technical solutions. About Nature Energy
Nature Energy is the market leader in turning many million tonnes of biomass into green, CO2-neutral gas as effectively as possible. We collect and deliver biomass from businesses, agriculture, and households and return the degassed biomass to agriculture that recycles nutrients. This is a circular economy at its best. At the same time, we ensure that the surrounding community around our biogas plants remains as undisturbed as possible by transport and odors.
Nature Energy is already making a big difference in the green transition, but our ambitions are even more significant. That is why Nature Energy is investing intensively in research, including our laboratory at our head office in Odense. The laboratory is a site for research into refining the technology to extract more energy from biomass and produce even better fertilizer for agriculture. The laboratory is also researching new biomasses to produce green, CO2-neutral energy in the future.
