We have 4 sub-departments in the department, which are Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR.
In our Talent Acquisition & Onboarding department, we work with everything related to recruitment, Employer Branding, and Onboarding.
In Compensation & Benefits, we work with the salaries of all employees in Nature Energy. In addition, we also work with strategic tasks to ensure consistency in our organization during our growth.

In HR, we work with all staff conditions. This ranges from parental leave, safety-creating conversations, contracts, and streamlining of HR processes and strategy.
I People & Culture has a close collaboration. We often use each other for professional sparring and social activities. In this connection, we also often participate in development workshops to set the direction for how we want Nature Energy to work with each other across borders.
In People & Culture, we have colleagues in Denmark, the US, and France. Despite time differences and geography, we always make sure to have a close relationship, which we maintain through joint meetings on Teams and occasional visits to each other's homes.
