Process & Implementation Management

In Process & Implementation Management we develop, optimise and test business processes and methods including the operational contract management, production planning, and biomass distribution for ingoing and outgoing biomasses. We also ensure the implementation of best practice and benchmarking across plants and markets. 

We are part of the development of Nature Energy’s operational Blue Print Model for the establishment and ramp-up of biogas plants in new markets, in a global scale. We also ensure the development and implementation of processes, systems, and tools in relation to “Nature Energy Way-of-Working” when handling the daily operations in existing markets, ensuring cross functional linkages. We are also responsible for developing and maintaining Nature Energy’s Project Models.

We are located in Odense, and our team consists of 5-8 Engineers with a background in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

We collect and deliver biomass from businesses, agriculture, and households and return the degassed biomass to agriculture that recycles nutrients. This is a circular economy at its best.
