Strategy

The strategy department supports the management in setting the strategic framework by making strategic choices and de-choices that set a clear strategic direction for Nature Energy. This includes facilitation and communication work to get the strategy anchored in the business so that all of Nature Energy works in the same direction and understands our objectives.
The department works across the entire matrix organization, i.e. affects our entire geographical footprint.

The strategy department must have good analytical, strategic, organizational, financial, and communication skills. M&A skills can also be an advantage. The strategy department is located as part of group support.

About Nature Energy

Nature Energy is the market leader in turning many million tonnes of biomass into green, CO2-neutral gas as effectively as possible. We collect and deliver biomass from businesses, agriculture, and households and return the degassed biomass to agriculture that recycles nutrients. This is a circular economy at its best. At the same time, we ensure that the surrounding community around our biogas plants remains as undisturbed as possible by transport and odors.

Nature Energy is already making a big difference in the green transition, but our ambitions are even more significant. That is why Nature Energy is investing intensively in research, including our laboratory at our head office in Odense. The laboratory is a site for research into refining the technology to extract more energy from biomass and produce even better fertilizer for agriculture. The laboratory is also researching new biomasses to produce green, CO2-neutral energy in the future.
