The Dutch department of Nature Energy is a relatively small but close group of dedicated colleagues. This makes the collaboration rich and interesting. We are working closely together on a range of different responsibilities and the communication lines are quick. For now, the team exists of two full-time employees who are both schooled as engineers. The country manager is very experienced in the energy sector and business space.

We are located in a brand new office building next to Utrecht Central station where we share a floor with other companies. On office days we have coffee and lunch together while having a laugh but also talking about work. Teambuilding events are being planned where we will go and watch or participate in sporting events.

Because of the size and aspirations of the Dutch department, the activities and responsibilities are broad. For now, we are developing the market and working on the first couple of initiatives. This is done in strong collaboration with the Danish teams and hired specialists from the Netherlands. We are working to establish a strong organization with excited colleagues.
