As a Business Process Manager (BPM) in Nature Energy, you will be part of designing, optimizing, and implementing the business processes in our Supply Chain – from an End-to-End perspective. This also implies understanding and mapping the current business processes. You will work closely with colleagues from other departments in a cross functional project team, making sure stakeholders across the business are consulted and aligned. As a BPM you will also be part of defining the IT requirement specifications for necessary development or adjustments in the system flows.

What is the role

• Driving improvements to systems supporting the business processes (ERP + ERP related systems)
• Participate in defining Nature Energy´s new way of working
• Implementation and training of end-users and stakeholders in the organization in new business or system processes.
• Communicating and upskilling of the organization in the business processes in an easy, simple and understandable way.
• Documentation of current Business Processes
• Driving the creation and decisions of supporting procedures, SOP’s, checklist, roles and responsibilities to support the business processes.

As a Business Process Manager your workplace will be in our office in Odense, where you will be part of the Business Process & System Design department and report to Head of Business Process & System Design, Sidsel Andersen. You will work closely together the other members of the BP&SD Team across the organization and handle cross functional projects and tasks. In the BP&SD department we work primarily from an agile project management perspective as we are in an organization that is continuously changing – which means we need to adapt. This position can eventually require travel at some point. You can therefore expect approx. 5 - 10 days of travel per year.

What we need from you

An open-minded proactive professional who thrives in exploring and understanding the requirements needed for the business operations. You have skills in process mapping and can translate mapping into action points in which you can lead and deliver on. As a person, you are curious, structured and skilled in documenting these cross organizational processes and workflows with the end user in focus.

You embrace change and appreciate variation in your tasks and not having 2 days alike.

It is important that you can collaborate across countries, functions, and levels and hold good communication skills – we need to be able to communicate complicated processes in a simple way.

You are a team player and have an open and informal communication style that helps build strong relationships and create a positive team spirit.

Your background:

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, operations management, manufacturing engineering or Business Administration. To be successful in this position you will need +2 years of experience within a similar role and/or in Supply Chain.

We use Business Central/Navision as our ERP platform, and you must be very skilled in this program.

As Nature Energy is an international company; you must have full professional working proficiency in English as well as Danish.
